Your reservations with a balloon
1. Reservations can be made via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 55 8804 2998
2. Reservation can be made up to 7 days before the flight date.
3. To be able to seal the reservation, the client (passenger) must receive a confirmation where a service contract / responsive letter is attached and the account number and key account to make the advance (50%).
4. On the day of the flight, before boarding the balloon, the client must deliver the signed documentation (responsive letter) along with a copy of their personal identification and have paid the remaining 50% of the payment.
- Any cancellation can be made up to 5 days before the flight.
- Cancellation after the 5 days allowed carries a penalty of 25% of the total amount agreed.
- If the flight was paid and the client does not show up on the day of the flight, he may reschedule his flight within 3 months of the agreed date. A monetary replacement would imply a 40% penalty of the total amount agreed.
